Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SE Web Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

Services

SE Web Digital provides custom website design, development, redesign, and SEO services. All services are subject to a signed agreement or written proposal that specifies the scope, timeline, and deliverables for your specific project.

Payments and Fees

Project fees are outlined in your individual proposal or agreement. Typical payment terms include:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required to begin work
• Remaining balance is due upon project completion or according to the agreed milestone schedule
• Monthly maintenance fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
• Late payments may incur a service delay or additional fees

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the custom website design and code is transferred to the client. SE Web Digital retains the right to display the completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (stock photos, plugins, fonts) may be subject to their own licensing terms.

Revisions and Approvals

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in your proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. The client is responsible for providing timely feedback and approvals to avoid project delays.

Limitation of Liability

SE Web Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice. If the client terminates after work has commenced, the deposit is retained to cover work completed to date. If SE Web Digital terminates the agreement, a prorated refund will be provided for uncompleted work.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
